Placing an order: Placing an order with us is fast and secure using our online secure service shopping cart. To place an order, simply click on the item image which can be found with each item description. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping. If you would rather not pay using PayPal, simply email us with your order. If you would like to pay with a credit card over the phone, please include your phone number in your email message. We will call you to get your credit card information. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, it will have to clear before we ship. Local Orders: If you are local and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped (to save on the shipping fees), please email your order to: Info@soaps-n-stuff.com and we can make arrangements for product deliver/pick-up. Unfortunately, we are not a store front, just a web based business, therefore, you cannot come to our facility and "browse" .  I don't really think you'd like the window-less type facility anyway.

Payment Info.: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards via PayPal.  We also accept money orders or checks, however the payment must clear before your items are shipped. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping: We ship USPS Priority to ensure prompt arrival of our products with the least impact from climate, and will calculate shipping UPS Ground upon request. We ALWAYS include insurance on all shipments. We've seen that movie with Tom Hanks one too many times.

Returns: Please carefully make your selections. There are absolutely no returns of merchandise. We can not guarantee the quality or purity of merchandise that is returned therefore, we can not restock it for resale.

Back Orders: If the item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6% is added to all orders Shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.
