What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy derives its origin from a Greek word meaning spice or fragrance, and therapy meaning treatment. Aromatherapy is the art and science applying natural and aromatic plant essences to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind, and spirit. Incorporating many pure essential oils, our blends are designed to aid the body's natural ability to balance, heal, and maintain itself.

Please Patch Test
Most people benefit from using essential oils, natural cosmetics and herbs but occasionally someone may have an allergic reaction to a particular substance. Always do a patch test if in doubt about your sensitivity to an essential oil to make sure that there are no adverse reactions. Rub a little on a pulse point or crook of the elbow and observe for any reaction over the next 24 hours.

Mira's Pulse Point Blends

These are an effective way to apply blended essential oils. Apply to the pulse points of the neck and wrist. It slowly releases the oil which permeates with the warmth of the skin to gradually release their healing properties.

Each blend is mixed with Jojoba oil or fractionated coconut oil.
